A: A session is 35 minutes.

A: The life of the water module depends on the type of water used and the thoroughness with which the BEST Energy Foot Bath is cleaned. As an example, a practitioner location in Bakersfiled, CA can get as many as 600 uses from one water module. A: There is a 3 year limited warranty on the power supply and a 30 day warranty on the water module.

Q: How do I clean the water module?
A: Follow the instructions included with your equipment upon purchase. Firmly scrub with the included bottle brush or non-abrasive toothbrush. Use anti-bacterial soap and the green Scotch Brite pad that is provided. Additional cleaning pads can be purchased at any local grocer.
