Best Energy Foot Bath Return Policy

Ordering Restrictions:

No order cancellations can be accepted after the Energy Foot Bath has shipped from the manufacturer.

No returns allowed due to COVID and Monkey Pox, even if the BEST Energy Foot Bath or water module has not been used.

No returns will be accepted on the Water Module on the basis of performance; however, a replacement module may be sent out at the discretion of the manufacturer in the case of manufacturer defect. If a defect is NOT found, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs regarding inspection and replacement of the Water Module.

A replacement Power Supply module may be sent out at the discretion of the manufacturer in the case of a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer retains the right to inspect and test the limited warranty window, the unit may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's request and expense. If the Power Supply malfunctions due to manufacturer error within a 3-year period from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace the unit. There is a 30 day manufacturer's warranty on the water module. We are a build to order company, when an order comes in we build and ship within 48 hours.
